Enter Spain is an informational and relocation assistance platform designed to help individuals relocate to Spain. Our services include:
- Step-by-step guides for administrative procedures (NIE, CUE, empadronamiento, etc.).
- Form generation tools (EX-15, EX-18, Modelo 03, etc.).
- Referral services connecting users with trusted third-party partners (banks, insurers).
- Relocation tracking and progress management tools.
- Informational resources and checklists.

While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, Spanish administrative requirements may change. Users are responsible for verifying current requirements with official government sources.
4. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
- You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
5. Partner Referral Services
When you use our referral services (e.g., bank account applications, insurance quotes):
- Your data is shared with partners only with your explicit consent.
- The partner relationship is between you and the third-party provider. Enter Spain is not a party to any agreement between you and the partner.
- We do not guarantee the outcome of any partner application or service.
- Partners have their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies that you should review.
- Enter Spain may receive referral compensation from partners, which does not affect the cost of services to you.
6. Form Generation
Our form generation tools pre-fill official Spanish government forms using information you provide. You are responsible for:
- Verifying the accuracy of all information before submission to authorities.
- Printing, signing, and submitting forms as required by official procedures.
- Understanding that form templates may change; always verify against the latest official versions.
7. AI-Assisted Features
Certain features of the Platform use AI-assisted tools to help process applications, generate recommendations, or provide guidance. These tools operate under human supervision. You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs should be reviewed and verified before acting upon them.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and materials on the Platform are owned by Enter Spain and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Enter Spain is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform.
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on information provided on the Platform.
- We are not liable for the actions, products, or services of third-party partners.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Subscription Plans
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are presented at the time of purchase. Refund policies are governed by applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
