Non-EU identification number application (extranjería).
EX-18 — EU registration (CUE)
Certificado de registro de ciudadano de la UE.
Modelo 03 — Driving licence exchange (DGT)
Application form used with Jefatura de Tráfico.
Modelo 790 — Fee payment (tasa)
Pay administrative fees; code depends on procedure (e.g. 012 for many immigration fees).
