Managed Service

Wealth Tax (Impuesto de Patrimonio)

Spain's annual wealth tax applies to the net global assets of residents above a €700,000 allowance, and to Spanish assets of non-residents. Rates are progressive and vary by region. We coordinate your filing and optimisation through a licensed tax advisor.

€700,000 general allowance + €300,000 primary residence exemption

What we handle

Net Wealth Calculation

We calculate your taxable net wealth across all asset classes — real estate, financial assets, business interests, and vehicles — net of qualifying debts.

Regional Rate Optimisation

Wealth tax rates and bonuses vary significantly by autonomous community. Your advisor identifies the most favourable applicable regime for your situation.

Modelo 714 Filing

Your advisor prepares and files Modelo 714 with the AEAT, including all supporting asset valuations and applicable exemptions.

Exemption Review

We review qualifying exemptions including the main residence, business assets, and intellectual property — ensuring you don't overpay.

How it works

1

Share your asset profile

Tell us your residency status, region, and a broad picture of your assets. We use this to pre-qualify your case and assign the right advisor.

2

Advisor builds your declaration

Your licensed advisor collects valuations, reviews exemptions, and calculates your net taxable base — applying all regional bonuses that apply.

3

Review & submit

You review the completed Modelo 714 before filing. Your advisor submits to the AEAT and you receive official confirmation.

Please note: Wealth tax obligations depend on residency status, asset values, and the autonomous community of residence. Several regions apply a 100% bonus effectively eliminating the tax — this is subject to change. This service is coordinated by Enter Spain and executed by independent, licensed tax advisors. It does not constitute formal tax advice.
